We float rain or shine on the beautiful Buffalo River. 

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date for full refund. Cancellation made within the seven day period can be charged the full amount of your reservation. 

Policy Exception: If water levels reach flood stage or high and still rising, all boat reservations for that day will be cancelled at no additional charge to the customer. 

Deposits: We do not run the card for a deposit but hold the card number for our cancellation policy.
